At Untitled Gallery, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your art purchase. Below, you'll find all the information you need regarding our returns and refund policies.

 

Changing Your Mind After Placing an Order

If you’ve changed your mind shortly after placing an order, please get in touch with us directly via the online chat or email us at hello@untitled-gallery.com.

  • Cancellation Requests: All requests for cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Post-24 Hours: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any requests made after this time, as the artwork will already have been dispatched either directly to your address or to our production studio and framing partners.

 

Artwork Not Meeting Expectations

If your artwork arrives and doesn’t meet your expectations, or if you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact us via the online chat or email hello@untitled-gallery.com as soon as possible.

  • Notification Period: You have 14 days to notify us about the problem.
  • Resolution Options: Where appropriate, we will be happy to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.

 

Returns Policy

Once your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to let us know if you're not 100% happy with it and would like a refund. Contact us at hello@untitled-gallery.com.

  • Condition for Refund: We can only process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with accompanying documentation enclosed – including the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items within the box where applicable.
  • Return Process: For all returns, we will arrange a door-to-door collection, which we will coordinate with you directly following your request. A tracking number will be provided. Please do not book your own courier, as this will not be tracked by our system and could mean that your order is not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we have safely received the artwork, we will process your refund within 14 days of its arrival at our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded for the price of the artwork, minus a handling fee. The exact amount varies based on size, weight, and location.
  • EU VAT Refund: If your delivery address is within the EU, we will refund any EU VAT that you paid as part of your order. However, we cannot refund any import duties paid by you on import to local customs. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs from your local tax authorities.

 

Eligibility for Replacement or Return

  • Condition Requirements: Artworks must be returned in perfect condition, including in their original packaging and with the Certificate of Authenticity you received with the piece, if applicable. We cannot accept any returns that are missing their Certificate of Authenticity.
