A live painting is like a blind date in an artist's studio, where concentration, tranquility, and complicity are implicit under the gaze of the spectators. Although I have done live work before, for me, painting is something very intimate, like an orgasm between the artist, the colors, and the eroticism of the brushes and lines. - Notification Period: You have 14 days to notify us about the problem.
- Resolution Options: Where appropriate, we will be happy to arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.

- Condition for Refund: We can only process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with accompanying documentation enclosed – including the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items within the box where applicable.
- Return Process: For all returns, we will arrange a door-to-door collection, which we will coordinate with you directly following your request. A tracking number will be provided. Please do not book your own courier, as this will not be tracked by our system and could mean that your order is not eligible for a refund.
- Refund Timeline: Once we have safely received the artwork, we will process your refund within 14 days of its arrival at our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
- Refund Amount: You will be refunded for the price of the artwork, minus a handling fee. The exact amount varies based on size, weight, and location.
- EU VAT Refund: If your delivery address is within the EU, we will refund any EU VAT that you paid as part of your order. However, we cannot refund any import duties paid by you on import to local customs. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs from your local tax authorities.
Eligibility for Replacement or Return
