Order Processing and Shipping Times
- Thorough Inspection: Each artwork is meticulously checked before dispatch.
- Bespoke Framing: If you purchase a framed print, please allow extra time for us to arrange this. Typically, orders are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks.
- Time-Limited Editions: These are produced and authenticated post-launch, which means they will take longer to arrive. We provide an estimated shipping time during checkout on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Costs
- Calculation: Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your piece. These costs are calculated after checkout and are not included in the total cost of your order.
- Delivery Arrangements: After purchase, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Options include shipping non-stretched in a tube or stretched with a bespoke art carton box or wood crate.
- Premium Carriers: All orders are shipped using our selected premium carriers.
International Shipping
- Global Reach: Yes, we ship internationally using selected global carriers.
- Customs Duties: International orders may be subject to relevant customs duties of the destination country. These duties should be paid upon arrival and are in addition to shipping and handling costs. If your delivery address is in Canada, Japan, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, duty tax is included in our shipping fee. Unfortunately, as customs charges are governmental taxes, we cannot discount or reimburse you for these costs.

Changing Your Mind After Placing an Order

Once your artwork has arrived, you have 14 days to let us know if you're not 100% happy with it and would like a refund. Contact us at hello@untitled-gallery.com.
- Condition for Refund: We can only process refunds for artworks returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with accompanying documentation enclosed – including the Certificate of Authenticity and any other items within the box where applicable.
- Return Process: For all returns, we will arrange a door-to-door collection, which we will coordinate with you directly following your request. A tracking number will be provided. Please do not book your own courier, as this will not be tracked by our system and could mean that your order is not eligible for a refund.
- Refund Timeline: Once we have safely received the artwork, we will process your refund within 14 days of its arrival at our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method and can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
- Refund Amount: You will be refunded for the price of the artwork, minus a handling fee. The exact amount varies based on size, weight, and location.
- EU VAT Refund: If your delivery address is within the EU, we will refund any EU VAT that you paid as part of your order. However, we cannot refund any import duties paid by you on import to local customs. In some cases, you may be able to reclaim these costs from your local tax authorities.
Eligibility for Replacement or Return
