This exhibition, held at the Thompson Hotel in Madrid, aims to summarize the essence of the Valladolid artist Celia Gallego through nine works. Her figurative art is marked by surrealist tones, inspired by artists such as Remedios Varo. Her paintings predominantly feature portraits, with characteristic elements floating in space. Their disarticulated faces serve as windows into each unconscious. In this way, through physical elements, we can perceive psychological voids and the depth of the soul.

Celia Gallego never stopped painting despite her professional training in journalism. Her self-taught background didn’t prevent her from experimenting with visual art, earning her recognition on social media, especially during the pandemic.

Throughout her career, Celia has held various exhibitions, both solo and collective. Among these, her solo shows "Corpus" at Espacio Cómplices and "Noctámbula" at Sala Coconut stand out, as well as her participation in the CreArt 2021 project, a European art promotion initiative. Additionally, Celia has collaborated with brands such as Lexus, Amazon, and Inditex, expanding her artistic influence in the commercial sector.

The opening of the exhibition will be on November 7th at 7:30 PM at the same hotel, alongside the artist and the Untitled Gallery team.
